My philosophy
Real estate is the industry where the gap between perception and reality is widest. Everyone has an opinion on a home's value; almost no one knows how to calculate a price with rigour. My job is to close that gap for my clients.
In concrete terms, that means three things:
- Decide with data, not with feelings. Comparable sales, median timelines by district, active inventory — everything is measured and shared.
- Regular communication. A fixed weekly check-in, replies within 4 h on weekdays, no grey areas.
- Deliver what I promised. If I commit to a timeline, a listing price or a strategy, I stand by it. Otherwise I adjust it with you, explaining why.
My background
Training in administration, ongoing OACIQ certifications, and 33 years of active brokerage practice in the same area. I've seen the North Shore market through the rises, the corrections, the COVID surge and the recent rebalancing. Every cycle has reinforced the same lesson: fine-grained knowledge of the local market beats generalities every time.
What drives me
Watching a family reach their first home after two years of saving. Selling a deceased parent's home with respect and ease. Helping an investor structure their fourth acquisition. Every transaction is a story — and it's that blend of human and method that makes this work so compelling.
Out of office
A father and partner, rooted in the North Shore community for more than 30 years. When I'm not at a showing or an evaluation, I'm somewhere between Sainte-Thérèse and the Laurentians — often with my little dachshund nearby.
